Custom order designs have a non-refundable design fee of $50.00. Total cost of the piece varies with the complexity of the design, gemstones used, availability of materials, and number of re-designs required to establish a final design.

Once a design has been established, a deposit of 50% is required before work begins. I accept deposits via PayPal or Shopify Pay. There are no refunds on custom orders, so if you change your mind at this time, you have the option of having the item completed or forfeiting your deposit.  I will give you an estimated completion date, but please understand this is a handmade process, and sometimes things don't always go as planned. I will keep you updated throughout the entire process, including photos of work in progress.

Remaining payment is due when your piece is completed. I cannot ship anything until I receive payment in full. If I do not receive payment after 10 days of notification of completion, your order will be considered abandoned, all monies paid will be forfeited, and the item will be placed on sale.
