Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
- USPS Priority Mail for orders up to $99.00 is $8.00 and includes tracking and insurance.
- USPS Priority Mail shipping with tracking and insurance within the US is FREE on orders over $100!
Orders for in stock items will ship within 2 business days (our post office is closed on weekends). Once your order is shipped, you should receive it in 2 - 3 days.
International Shipping:
- International Priority Mail Flat Rate for orders up to $200 is $35.00 and includes tracking and insurance.
- International Priority Flat Rate for orders over $201.00 is $60.00 and includes tracking and insurance.
- International buyers are responsible for and VAT/GST taxes.
Orders for in-stock items will ship within 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your International Priority Mail package in 6 - 10 days.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT:
If for some reason, your package doesn’t arrive in the reasonably expected time frame quoted, please contact me immediately. There are several steps we can take to try to locate your package. I provide USPS tracking info on all USPS Priority Mail domestic packages, and Customs Form numbers for international packages. If you have a concern that your package may be lost or stolen, I suggest that you add insurance to your package. USPS Priority Mail provides $50 insurance included. If your item is valued at more than $50, you must purchase the full amount of insurance…for example, if an item is to be insured for $300, you must purchase the whole $300 worth of insurance, not $250. I learned this the hard way last Christmas! Please email me for more info or see USPS.com for insurance rates.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please contact me immediately if an item was damaged during shipping. I make every effort to package your jewelry safely and securely, but, as you know, stuff happens. If something does arrive damaged, shoot me a photo right away, and if you are willing to pay to ship it back to me, I will pay to return it to you. More than likely, I will be able to repair the item, and get it back to you just like new. If your item was insured, and it is not repairable, I will contact you and together we will decide on a course of action. Above all, I want you to be happy with your purchase, and if it was for a gift, I know how disappointing this can be. Together, we’ll come up with a solution to make it right!
