SECTION 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION I COLLECT
When you purchase something from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse my store, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, I may send you emails about my store, new products and other updates.
I collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org. See SECTION 11 for a list of cookies I use.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
SECTION 2 - HOW DO I USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
I use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, I use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with me, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
I use the Device Information that I collect to help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize my Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of my marketing and advertising campaigns).
As described above, I use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications I believe may be of interest to you. INSTAGRAM – Instagram ads must be opted out of on a per ad basis. If you see an ad you don’t like, simply click on the 3 dots on the top right-hand side of the ad. There you can hide the ad, report the ad, or learn more about Instagram advertising in general. If you choose to hide the ad, Instagram will ask why. PINTEREST – To opt out from a Pin, mouse over the bottom of any Picked for you Pin:
- Click the ... in the bottom right corner
- Select either “I’m not into this Pin”
- Select “I don’t want to see Picked for You Pins”
To opt out from your Settings:
Click the three-dot button at the top of Pinterest to open your menu
- Click Settings to open your settings
- Click “Home Feed” in the menu on the left
- Click the “Picked for you Pins” toggle to turn the feature on and off
- Click Save Settings button

Please note that I do not alter my Site’s data collection and use practices when I see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
SECTION 3 - SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION I share your Personal Information with third parties to help me use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, I use Shopify to power my online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. I also use Google Analytics to help understand how my customers use the Site--you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. Finally, I may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information I receive, or to otherwise protect my rights.
SECTION 4 - YOUR RIGHTS If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information I hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact me through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident I note that I am processing your information in order to fulfill contracts I might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
SECTION 4 - HOW DO I GET YOUR CONSENT?
When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to my collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do you withdraw your consent?

SECTION 6 - DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, I will maintain your Order Information for my records unless and until you ask me to delete this information.
SECTION 7- DISCLOSURE
I may disclose your personal information if I am required by law to do so or if you violate my Terms of Service.
SECTION 8- SHOPIFY
My store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by me will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to me.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information I am required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or me. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
When you click on links on my store, they may direct you away from my site. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 10 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide ME with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, I follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 11 - COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that I use. I’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.:
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
SECTION 12 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If my store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that I may continue to sell products to you.
