Indian Head Penny Earrings 1899 ~ 1906
I love old coins. I think it’s because both my Mom and Dad saved old and unique coins from around the world. My Dad traveled the world I have an amazing collection.
This awesome pair of earrings are made from vintage US Indian Head copper pennies, 1899 and 1906. That’s over a century of history in these babies! Indian head pennies were designed by James Barton Longacre in 1859. They were in circulation until 1909, when the Wheat Penny debuted. I hammered and slightly domed the pennies to make these unique earrings. They have a lovely copper patina, and feature a super trendy asymmetric design...one is the front of thepenny, the other is the reverse. Wear some history!
